The loading rail of the entire system is made of high-carbon alloy channel steel with flanges, which not only extends the service life of the conveyor but also improves the load capacity of the system.

The design of the push rod evenly distributes the tension of the chain to the pushrod and the outer chain piece, and the stress on the side can be minimized, which improves the service life of the conveyor.

Accumulation of carriers
The front carrier of each trolley has a front shovel, and a rear plate is installed. When the front shovel moves forward and stops at the rear plate slope of the carrier, the claw falls makes the trolley disengaged from the chain.
