Design
Our excellent design team has rich design concept and experience of conveying equipment. Some technicians have been engaged in conveyor design for more than 30 years.

In the planning of related projects, the similar technology known to customers can be used to provide 2D and 3D computer-aided design, and high-intensity simulation is carried out for the simulation, so that the requirements of all parts of the pipeline are transparent, and the relevant design can be analyzed scientifically.

Production
We adopt a process to ensure the quality is stable. Professional technicians have corresponding production experience and ability. Our products are mostly welded by robots. The material selection and strength of the equipment consider the actual needs, so they are durable. Project Management
We use cloud management tools to enable engineers and project managers from all over the country to work together to successfully execute numerous engineering projects without geographical and time difference. Specialized Tools

Service and Maintenance
We will fully communicate and coordinate with customers before the products are installed and debugged and delivered to customers for use. We will also provide customers with special training to make them fully understand the new equipment, and provide them with all kinds of information and detailed operation documents.

Commissioning Before Delivery
Professional factory inspection and debugging ability comes from listening to the voice of customers, perfect communication skills, and full data sharing. After assembling each set of equipment required by customers, it is necessary to carry out pre factory commissioning, establish pre-acceptance process, and invite customers to the factory for acceptance. In view of the problems, We will organize a special meeting to demonstrate and solve them, so as to solve all the errors in the factory, so as to enable the production personnel to stand in the front line of product optimization.

Automatic Control
Our design, manufacture and installation are all made up of a complete set of material conveying system controlled by computer. The computer simulation test before design ensures the smooth connection between our equipment and automatic production process. Due to the online operation of the conveying system, reliable mechanical control of the spreader through turnouts, hoists and internal conveying is easy to connect with various mechanical controls. The hardware includes relay, program controller, programmable controller, microcomputer and upper computer or their combination.
