Product Features

Inverted Power & Free Conveyor

It has higher flexibility and diversity than the common floor conveyors. With adjustable speed, quick retrieval of the product jig, and the function of accumulation can provide the maximum material transportation and the best cost-performance ratio in a flexible processing system.

    • The compact design requires smaller area and is ideal for spraying and transfer operations.
    • The reliable carrier decoupling system combines both the flexibility of the hanging Power and Free system and the stability of the skid conveyor system.
    • The low-noise transmission is detaching from the chain with minimum friction.
    • The maximum ambient temperature is 250℃. It does not pollute the workpiece, and reducing the product scrap rate can reduce the cleaning time and strength of the guests.

Cross chain has the advantage of being able to overcome horizontal and vertical turning without using a carrier, and the workpiece can be directly installed on the chain cross fins between the horizontal and vertical bearings. G&D products The difference with the common cross chain is that we solved the extra turning radius caused by the staggered configuration of the sprocket through self-casting components, so that equipment manufacturers can plan more compact production lines in the same area. In terms of mechanical strength, because the bearings are placed on the same plane, the resulting strength is higher. It has been successfully used in Hella’s conveyor system and exported to the customer’s overseas factory.
